Reflection: Taking
Pilates was difficult choice for me. I was out of shape at the beginning of this semester and
embarrassed of my size, I almost took up bowling just so I wouldn't have to wear my
work-out clothes in front of other people. It was difficult at first but I worked hard and by the end
I was surprised and proud of what I had accomplished. I even found myself looking forward to the
class.
